Q: How do i login to my account?A: Please visit the My Account page by
Clicking here.
Then, using the email address and password combination used when you made a booking, enter the details in the relevant boxes, and then click on the 'login and continue' button.
Q: I can't log into my account, can you help?
A: If you can't log in to your account then the most likely reason is that the email address you entered is not the email address used to create the account.
If this is the case or for further assistance please contact us on or by email on sales@directferries.com.
Q: I have forgotten my password?
A: Click on 'Forgotten your Password?', enter your email address, then click on 'Email Password...' and we will send your password to you.
If you do not receive an email reminder then please make sure that:
A)You have typed your email address in correctly.
B)If you have typed it in correctly then it is likely that you mistyped your email address at time of booking (if you did not receive a booking confirmation from us by email when you made a booking then this will be the case.)
You will need to contact us so that we can retrieve your booking and update your details.

Q: Why do I have to provide a password when I book?
A: There are 2 reasons for this:
1) If you do not provide a password then you will not be able to log in to your account after you have made a booking.
2) If you do not provide a password then you will need to re-enter all of your details the next time your book.
Q: What can I do when I log into My Account?
A: - Update your account and contact details.
- View your booking(s)
- Resend booking confirmation(s)
- Check if your booking can be amended (and in some cases process the amendment / change)
- Check if you booking can be cancelled
- Process a cancellation insurance claim.
Q: I haven't received my password reminder. What now?
A: Please enter your password into the password box on the 'my account' page and click on 'Login and continue'
Q: How can I update you with new contact details?A: Please go to the 'My Account' page by
clicking here.
Once you have logged in, go to the 'My profile' section at the top of the page.
Update your details and then click on the 'Update my details' button.
