Jersey Poole Ferry reviews

  • "A gusty day"

Condor do appear experienced in coping with variable weather conditions and rearranging sailings. Adequate warning was given. The ‘upgrade’ of seating and provision of a free snack was a good gesture. Or was this to avoid compensation claim? The staff are always jolly and seem to enjoy their multi task roles. The Liberation is a fine ship but no doubt the company now wish they had purchased a ship more suited to the unpredictable Channel weather.

  • "Good Ferry Trip"

It was a good ferry trip from Jersey to Poole: we left on time (even earlier than scheduled by 10 min), the staff were helpful and friendly, the ferry was clean and tidy, and we had good hot food, snacks, drinks.

  • "Happy but can have a change"

Very happy with everything but the food/menu deserve a change and less advertising play a movie. Thanks

  • "Smooth Crossing!"

Having not been on a ferry since I was a child I was a little concerned about what to expect when I booked a crossing from Jersey to Poole on Bank Holiday Monday. I was however pleasantly surprised. Everything went like clockwork, and even though we were held up departing Jersey, time was soon made up and we arrived in Poole as planned. The only thing that surprised me was the cost, it is still cheaper to fly and hire a car than it is to book the ferry and take your own vehicle.
