Ulises Cat

Ulises Cat is a Spanish operator based in the Balearic Islands, situated just off the mainland’s east coast, providing regular links between Ibiza and Formentera, known as the Pityusic Islands.

Made up of glass bottom ships, the Ulises Cat fleet is one of the Balearic’s most unique, offering unforgettable sailings across the National Salt Park. Listed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, this area encompasses dense clusters of endemic seagrass, colourful marine life and mesmerising salt flats off the southeast coast of Ibiza and northwest shores of Formentera. You’re even likely to see pods of dolphins carving through the ferries’ turquoise wake along the way.

A family run business with over 30 years of experience in the passenger ferry industry, the Ulises Cat team possesses an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding park and has obtained all the latest safety certificates. As well as glass bottoms, aboard Ulises Cat and Ulises Cat 2 you will find snack bars, toilets and open top decks for soaking up the Spanish sun. The ships can accommodate up to 300 and 350 passengers respectively, with cruising speeds of approximately 16 knots.
