| | North Western Trains run a train service connecting with most daytime arrivals and departures. The train links with Inter City services which serve both Preston & Lancaster year round and during the summer the train serves Stockport via Manchester, Bolton and Preston. The station platform at Heysham Port is less than 50 m from the Passenger Terminal.
