  • "Brill "

Excellent time on the boat. Thought breakfast was a bit poor but the evening buffet was really nice, lots of entertainment and cabins are clean

  • "Great value for price"

The trip from Newcastle to Amsterdam was a bit under 300 pounds with a car and included a night in the cabin - a completely reasonable price. The crew was friendly and answered any questions promptly. We were honestly a bit let down by the quality of the buffet - for about €25 we expected great food, but got pretty average instead. However, the atmosphere in the bar was relaxing, the ship was clean, and everything went according to plan - you even had a few movies to pick between at the cinema. All in all, I can recommend DFDS.

  • "Nice Ship, pleasant staff and a trouble free journey"

First time on a ship like this and it was a very pleasant experience. Very clean and spacious; very helpful staff on boarding and throughout the voyage. Good food and drink catering for all tastes. Some of the staff in the catering areas spoke poor English and / or Dutch and communication was ok but difficult. The officers & bar staff had perfect language skills. All in all a great experience and we will certainly be travelling with DFDS again.
