This soaring, five-spired church is so adored by the people of Kalundborg that it has become the town’s trademark; a representation of the cross-topped towers featuring heavily on the region’s coat of arms. The port in Kalundborg is the fulcrum around which the town economy thrives. The bustling facility, recently expanded in 2015, is shaped by a throng of wharfs and shipyards that cap the end of the fjord. The ferry terminal can be found at the centre of the port’s north bank where the harbour runs parallel to the water.
