Staff very friendly and welcoming. Ship really clean. Arrived on board and shown to premium class lounge which we didn't know we had booked. Free breakfast and then morning tea with pastries, sandwiches and drinks. Well worth the money. Loved it. Was a little late on arrival nut weather wasn't great.
