Return trip to Larne cancelled , direct ferries did everything possible to amend my return journey. Only disappointment was that onboard the mask wearing policy was not enforced - no regard for customer safekeeping

  • "P&O journey "

We travelled from Liverpool to Dublin on Thursday. It was a pleasant journey. We booked a cabin and relaxed for part of it. We also got breakfast and dinner which we weren’t expecting so that was a bonus. All in all a a good experience and we would book it again.

  • "Fantastic trip with this ferry"

Travelled for a funeral in the UK. This ferry included breakfast and dinner and unlimited tea n coffee or hot chocolate. The cabins were clean and the two birth ones were not bunk beds which was fantastic. There was a shower and toilet ensuing and the price was the cabin was a lit cheaper than other ferry companies. The staff were really helpful.

  • "March 20 experience"

Our first time on the Liverpool Dublin service. Clearly designed for lorries indeed, on our trips there were no more than half a dozen cars each way. On the plus side this means the public spaces are relatively empty, the food simple but well cooked and tea/coffee/ fruit juice is always available; all included in the ticket price. On the negative side the entertainment is confined to a couple of televisions, and a bar. The cabins are simple, clean but without any frills. So provided you can entertain yourself for 8 hours this is excellent way to cross the Irish sea

  • "Excellent service in difficult conditions. "

As usual you provided a great service for your passengers during some of the worst weather conditions of the winter. Though there was a short delay on the return journey, the service, accommodation and food were of a very good standard.

  • "Car traveler to Ireland "

I chose to use this crossing as I have used it before I find that with the overnight crossing I can relax and catch up on some sleep and have a dinner/supper and a breakfast with a cabin The cabin is basic, comfortable, clean and provides an environment to relax in The meals are wholesome, tasty and filling with an adequate selection to suit all There is hot and cold drinks throughout the trip I find that I am refreshed and ready to continue my journey after the crossing I definitely will be using the service again.

  • "Pleasant crossings"

The crossings are pleasant, time passes slowly if you stay in the lounge as there are not many window seats (padded), chairs can become “hard” after a few hours. We had a cabin on the return, well worth the extra😊. The food is good, breakfast especially. The evening meal has three choices, so something for everyone. It’s tasty and well presented. The staff on the boat are friendly and helpful. Remembering that this is mostly a freight ferry, it caters for the passengers fairly well.

  • "A nice leisurely way to travel. "

Rather than put up with the turmoil and hassle of travelling to Ireland by air we chose to use the Liverpool to Dublin ferry. Specifically designed for freight traffic the boats accommodate a small number of cars, vans and motorhomes. Loading and unloading is easy and the helpful and efficient staff ensures a pleasant crossing. With a basic but very clean cabin and two meals included in the price it is the same cost as flying, the only difference being you arrive refreshed and calm ready to carry on with your journey. Highly recommended.

  • "Good ferry service."

I've done this route a number of times and it's always good. The most recent used a smaller vessel, the Norbank, which is smaller and not as comformable as the former ships I've used. But, the staff are always courteous, efficient and try to make your experience positive. The on board food is good enough, but plentiful, so no complaints there. Overall, very good.
