"Direct ferries and Trasmed "
We booked a return ferry journey from Barcelona to Palma on the Direct Ferries website, travelling with Transmed. The booking was easy enough and when we had some questions about traveling with our dog, Direct Ferries were super helpful and answered all of our questions. Both ferries were comfortable, we had a cabin at night and allocated seating on the return. Our dog had a great journey too

"Trasmed has a great customer service"
Trasmed was fine, I am pretty pissed off by your (dircetferries) customercervice. I asked you to amend my ticket, due to another car. I bought the ticket with the note amendation would be possible but cost a fee of 10€. When I wanted to use this option you denied it, It was reasoned that trasmed wouldn't allow it. Starngely when I cantacted trasmed with my issue, they were able to solve it without any problems or extra costs. so trasmed is fine, but directferries is muck.

"Great once you’re on the ferry "
First time we took the ferry from Barcelona to Ibiza. It is really stressful and chaotic to get to the ferry. There are hardly any indications for directions but once you’ve parked your car, you can relax and enjoy the journey. The return was during the afternoon, really nice with a small swimming pool and showers on deck. We spent a lovely afternoon on the Mediterranean Sea. This is a good and cheap way to get to Ibiza with your own car!
