Valencia is a Mediterranean port city, situated on the south-east coast of Spain. The Port of Algiers faces the Mediterranean Sea in the centre of the Algerian coast. The city itself is nicknamed ‘Alger la Blanch’ (Algiers the White), due to the large number of glistening white buildings rising up from the sea. The port is a short walk from Algiers train station and is found just off the N11, Rue d’Angkor.
