Boonsiri High Speed Ferries operate the high speed catamaran crossings between mainland Thailand and the tropical resort islands of Koh Mak and Koh Kood.
Ferries depart from the terminal at Laem Sok in Trat, the easternmost province of Thailand and sail to Ao Salad Pier on the west of Koh Kood and Ao Nid Pier in the north of Koh Mak.
The Boonsiri catamaran, Koh Kood Fantasea, operates year round and almost every day with a cruising speed of up to 25 knots and a capacity for around 200 passengers. On board you’ll find comfortable air-conditioned seating spread across the 2 enclosed decks as well as a few open air seats on the top deck for those wishing to take in the awesome view.
The company also offers bus/van transfers to Laem Sok with departures from Khao San Road in Bangkok and selected hotels in Pattaya, making it even easier to travel to Thailand’s Islands. Transfer are available on request and need to be booked in advance.
