Finnlines Customer Reviews

  • "Malmoe to Travemuende"

Everything was fine, but one thing, the trucks were parked too close to the exit from the stairs/elevator, so it was hard to exit via our car. People walked through between two trucks parked so close together and with motors on. It was dangerous too. The departure point at Malmoe harbour is not so easy to find. Better or more signs would be good.

  • "Cheap and a good choice! "

We traveled from Travemünde to Malmö with Finnlines and found the ticket from Direct Ferries. We got the ticket really cheap compared to Finnlines' own prices at that moment, and just one day before the trip. Everything went smoothly and we will definitely prefer this route again since we saved about 3h of driving, gas, and could enjoy a good night's sleep in stead. Thanks!

  • "Value for money"

We didn’t take a cabin as we were on a day time sailing. Mistake as there is no lounge area and very limited outside seating on Finnfellow. Seats are available in the restaurant but not very comfortable for sitting more than an hour or so. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent and general cleanliness on the main deck and toilets was good. Stairwells left a little to be desired. Overall a reasonable experience and would travel with Finnlines again
