Known as one of the most famous Greek Islands, Mykonos is a very popular holiday destination in the summer months. Taxis are probably the best way to get around Mykonos, though the buses are a reliable and cheap alternative option. Much of the centre of the island can be covered by foot, which is a common choice considering the typically pleasant weather.
