COVID-19 Travel Information

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are receiving a larger than usual number of enquiries. So we can assist as many customers as possible, as fast as possible, we've had to temporarily close our customer service phone lines and handle all queries by email. We know that COVID-19 has made things very difficult for a lot of travellers. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to help all our customers with their bookings and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these extraordinary times.

While we are currently prioritising passengers sailing in the next 72 hours and will only be processing cancellation requests for sailings in the next month, we will respond to all customer queries as quickly as possible. Please only contact us when your sailing is within the next 31 days.

We are working closely with our ferry partners to keep you up to date with the latest travel advice for ferries. Many operators are putting in place plans so passengers can travel safely and confidently. As these details become available we'll keep you informed and add the information to our website.
