Tirrenia Customer Reviews

  • "Good Trip"

After reading some of the reviews wasn’t looking forward to our trip with our car and caravan.... ignore the negative reviews. Everyone was very helpful. Inner cabin was spacious and clean. Good trip Sardinia to Palermo Sicily.

  • "A lovely mini cruise"

We had a wonderful trip on the Direct Ferries ferry from Palermo to Cagliari. We were delighted with the size and facilities of our outside cabin. It was a lovely comfortable bed, nice to see outside, though the windows were quite dirty, understandably of course. The dining facilities on board catered for everyone, and by the looks of it there were many and varied seating options. It was delightful to see all the people with their dogs. All and all a lovely mini cruise.

  • "Really nice trip"

This was a really nice ferry. We had an outside cabin, which was well set out, with plenty of room, a shower with lots of hot water, and beds that were quite comfortable for cabin beds. The rest of the ferry was well maintained, and there was a really good kids play area, complete with ball pit and small climbing area. I'd certainly be happy to use the ship again.
