"Roscoff to Plymouth"
Overall a good experience, ferry departure was changed to an earlier to an earlier time , but the communication was sent with plenty of time to make adjustments. Staff were friendly and the ship was spotlessly clean, we ate on the ferry and the was plenty of choices and the food was good. Good entertainment for younger kids onboard, duty free was well stocked. loads of room and the channel was like a mill pond. Overall a good experience

"First timer on Ferry"
I really wasn't sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised with all the facilities and great customer service on the ship. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids including free face painting and great magic shows. Didn't try the food but it all looked fantastic and very reasonable prices. would be very happy to travel with Brittany Ferries again.

"In the face of adversity "
We unfortunately were stuck in fog off the coast of Plymouth yesterday and were delayed overnight as the port authority would not let us dock but the staff really worked their socks off to get us all a cabin food and water cannot speak too highly of them , no mess just sorted all the problems calmly and quickly full marks

"Plymouth-Roscoff-Plymouth"
We stayed in a cabin on the way out on the overnight 22:00 - 08:00 (both times local) and this was the best way to travel - cabin was clean with en suite and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good - could have done with some non-dairy options. A similarly pleasant experience was had on the return journey, but this time with plenty of seating (mid-afternoon crossing) and good food in the restaurant (more vegetarian options could be made available). All-in-all, a very civilised way to travel and an enjoyable journey for us both. Thank you.

"Taking a dog on the ferry"
The staff in the Information desk were very helpful in organising a half way visit to our car to check on our dog - who was asleep and fine. They were kind and reassuring . I was however concerned at the car alarms going off near dogs as their hearing is so sensitive. Could the information about how to avoid car alarms going off be given more clearly, including in a written format/poster or leaflet? When we were parking our car the loudspeaker system could not be heard clearly as there was so much unavoidable noise and clanking from the cars being directed in. Maybe information could be given when booking so that car drivers can look into how to switch of their particular car alarm system.

"Generally good "
Great facilities, especially appreciated everything that was available to occupy little kids. The cabin was spacious and had a shower in the bathroom, an unexpected benefit. However we would have appreciated knowing in advance that we would have to vacate cabin 30 minutes before arrival, as it was very tricky to get organised with two under-3s and we felt a bit harassed by staff. Perhaps it was written somewhere but we missed it, perhaps it should be more obvious. The other thing was that it was not obvious when we could return to the car, as we missed announcements (due to above) and the door to call level was open, resulting in marital rows as husband thought if door was open we could go. I was right, of course ;-)

"Excellent Service to/from Roscoff"
Extremely enjoyable and hassle free trip to Rosciff courtesy of Brittany Ferries. Arriving about 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled check in time on both occasions, we were treated to easy and straight forward embarkation on to the Armorique and were soon relaxing in the spacious lounges. The vessel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly, smartly dressed and very attentive. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone undecided about how to get to western France.

"Great value"
We travelled from Poole to Cherbourg with our motor home, staying on the Port overnight. The boarding was easy and well managed and it was reassuring to see the security checks being carried out. Food on board was good and a reasonable price. The return from To Scott to Plymouth was equally as good with the French police thoroughly checking all vehicles. The crossing was really comfortable and again the food was good. Direct Ferries made the booking easy and were cheaper than booking direct with Brittany ferries.

Fantastic ship and felt I was on a cruise rather than a crossing. I have used Brittany ferries on many occasion and really like the boats; well maintained, comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Brittany ferries as their service is always above expectations.

"Plymouth - Roscoff"
An excellent journey at a good price. Our cabin was very comfortable, the ferry had excellent facilities including a swimming pool!... unfortunately this was out of use as we had an overnight sailing. The food was overpriced so we didn't have a meal. Would definitely use this company again.

"Excellent experience"
I was fortunate enough to travel on the Port Aven recently and found the whole experience an absolute treat. The weather was pretty foul approaching England but the Port Aven is a big ferry and took it in her stride. I have often wondered, considering how short the turnaround time is, how the staff aboard manage to clean up and make it look like the ship has been washed down from top to bottom, all in an hour or less! The food was excellent quality and variety. I dined on great food and can recommend the restaurants to anyone needing replenishment. Again, they manage to knock out a fabulous meal with so little time, it's truly impressive. I can honestly recommend travel on this ferry. It was a superb crossing in all respects, even though the channel was pretty rough with wave splash covering the windows on the 9th level. Impressive.
