Aircon in cabin is freezing. Central control for entire ship can't adjust. Certain staff members unwilling to help. No TV remote in cabin when asked for one reception told me that the antenna was broken, and we could not view any TV in the cabin, yet TV could be viewed in the facility areas on the ship. I asked another staff member at 1am and he went to get a remote and made sure the TV switched on. So there was clearly no problems with the antenna. Staff member not interested in assisting me.
