"Enjoyable way to travel between Croatia & Italy !"
We had a lovely journey from Split to Ancona on the ferry & highly recommend it to anyone deciding which way to travel. Friendly staff + ok food ( would have preferred it a bit hotter) & a cabin for the night.

"Efficient, friendly and helpful "
I travelled with Jadrolinija yesterday from Dubrovnik to Bari. I'd done my research/ read reviews beforehand so knew my printed ticket wasn't the actual ticket, and I'd have to go to an office across the street from the ferry port to collect it. The whole process of asking staff at one location as to where to collect it, picking it up, boarding the Ferry, directions and help from the staff/ crew, was extremely great! They were friendly, helpful, forthcoming and situated at the different places on the Ferry to tell the passengers where to go. We left on time. It wasn't busy or rushed. Just a calm relaxed atmosphere throughout. I bought my own food, so cannot comment on what was provided. I bought the seated ticket, so also cannot comment on the cabins situation. But I can say I slept Well, and there were order on the pFerry, as in passengers who bought the non cabin and seated seats, didn't come into the seated area to sleep. When departing the Ferry, it was just as I wrote above. I think it was the captain (wished I asked), was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried my suitcas down the stairs, as well as helping other passengers. He took the time out to say bye to us, shake some of our hands etc. Overall, I'm really impressed with my experience, and would have no problem at all booking Jadrolinija again. Many thanks to the all the staff!

"A peasant experience"
We were walk on passengers and had a pleasant journey from Bar to Bari on 18th September 2019. Our 2 berth outside cabin was quite large with a toilet and very efficient shower, allowing us to shower, change and walk around the deck before the cars and trucks had got anywhere near getting onto the ferry. The loading of cars and lorries did seem to take a long time but as walk on passengers we had a very pleasant journey, with passport checks at either end being very simple and quick. The port of Bari was easy to exit from and straight into the old town.

"Ancona to Split"
Good trip, worthwhile having a cabin overnight, but a bit small with no shower.
